Processing Times
Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Customised items (printing, embroidery, badges) may take an additional 5–10 working days depending on the complexity of the order.
During busy periods (start of season, September kit rushes), processing times may be slightly longer. We'll always keep you informed via email.
Club Shop Orders
Orders placed through a club shop may be consolidated and delivered together to your club contact. Your club coordinator will let you know the collection arrangements.
Alternatively, if individual delivery is available for your club, it will be shown at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We're unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If you need to update your address before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.
